Colt Government 1911 A1 series 70 pistol 5” .45 ACP # 70G83170 5” bbl with an excellent bore. Manufactured from 1970 – 1976 this polished nickel plated firearm retains a an excellent finish showing only light rub marks on top of slide, on bbl. & trigger from functioning, faint mark from improper slide stop installation along w/ some other very faint occasional marks. The simulated smooth ivory grips with coloring simulated age cracks are in excellent condition. Features include 1 electroless nickel finish 7 round mag marked “COLT / .45 AUO” , 2 piece wood grained box, styrofoam inserts & hang tag. All very good w/ minimal edge wear. A very nicely appointed sharp looking .45 caliber pistol.
