The Glock 19 is a semi-automatic self-loading pistol made by the Austrian manufacturer Glock in 9 x 19 mm caliber. The Glock 19 is the compact version of the 17: The handle is 11 mm shorter than the larger model, the barrel and sight length have been shortened by 12 mm compared to the Glock 17. The standard magazine capacity has been reduced by 2 cartridges to 15, which is still a high magazine capacity for compact pistols. However, Glock also offers suitable magazines with capacities of 17, 19 and 33 cartridges. The Glock 19 weighs only 590 grams unloaded.
